Before
1) Fill out your intake form
This ensures we're on the same page and that our sessions will go smoothly
2) Hydrate
Reducing your caffeine intake, alcohol intake, and any other dehydrating liquids/foods will only help. Boosting your water intake will hydrate your body and make for an improved experience
3) Relax
While Neuromuscular Therapy can be uncomfortable and painful at times, I always go at your pace. I'll push you along to heal faster when needed, but also work with you to ensure you're as comfortable as possible throughout the process
4) Dress for the part
Sessions will rarely or never require you to undress. Wearing athletic clothes will make you more comfortable during the session.
